This class provides a wide range of information about purchasing a home and is open to anyone whether just starting out or about to close. It is a requirement for many different programs. (It also fulfills 4 hours of education for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program).

Home Maintenance Class:
a two hour basic maintenance class presented by Fred Yeazel, Denver Urban Renewal Authority. This class fulfills 2 hours of borrower education for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. This class is open to all current and soon to be homeowners.

Financial Education - Don't Borrow Trouble
a two hour finance class and NSP program requirements review. This class fulfills 2 hours of borrower education for persons purchasing through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.

- Provide one day of classroom review of HUD HQS Regulations and Lead Base Paint
- Provide actual HQS Inspections
