HQS Training:

Cost: $295
What is covered: This two-day intensive training will:
  • Provide one day of classroom review of HUD HQS Regulations and Lead Base Paint
  • Provide actual HQS Inspections
  • Provide a Certificate of Completion
Who should attend: Property managers, housing authority staff, rehabilitation staff and any who must be familiar with HUD HQS in their job.  The instructors have all been actual HQS field inspectors.
