Borrowers Meeting - Registration
This class is for clients whose loan officers have submitted your application for downpayment assistance. This is not the same as a first time homebuyer class but is for clients who have completed the first time homebuyer class and are receiving financial assistance from CHAC. To attend this class you must have a file in process and register.
You must register for class at least 24 hours prior to the date you wish to attend. Please read the following carefully.
Borrowers in the Denver Metro Area:
Class Location: 670 Santa Fe Drive at CHAC's office (Santa Fe Drive between 6th and 7th). There is limited parking available in the lot next to our building. Access to the parking lot is through the alley.
We can not accommodate children and do not offer child care. Please make arrangements for your children.
Class dates: Class is usually held the first three Wednesday's of the month.

Borrowers outside the Denver Metro Area:
A class will be provided by phone. Please provide a contact phone number and the best times to reach you during standard business hours. A CHAC counselor will call and arrange a date and a time for the class by phone. If you can be contacted by e-mail please leave your e-mail address.
Provide the class date and time, number attending, the best way to contact you and your lenders name and phone number in the comments box below as well as your name, phone, and e-mail address. Thank you
